We started building PDR Business Pro because the tools available to this industry never felt like they were made for the way PDR shops really work. Too many disconnected apps. Too much manual follow-up. Too much software built for everyone except the people actually fixing dents and serving the customer.
Our own business, The Dent Trooper, gave us the testing ground but the goal is bigger than us: give PDR businesses a complete system for the work from finding a lead through the repair, payment and review.

Her focus is making the system clear, fast and easy for the people running the business and the customers they serve. She designs the workflows, screens, messaging, automations and customer-facing details that turn a disconnected process into one system.

Nathan has been running The Dent Trooper since 2018. He knows what it’s like to answer leads on the road, build estimates between jobs and keep customers happy with good communication and excellent service. His day-to-day experience shaped the system around what a PDR business and its customers need: fast answers, a clear approval process, practical routes and fewer repetitive steps.

PDR Business Pro started inside The Dent Trooper, our own paintless dent repair business. After years of running real jobs with disconnected tools, manual follow-ups, scattered estimates and messy internal communication, we got tired of forcing generic apps to fit a PDR workflow. An app might solve one task, but it does not fix the gaps between the tools.
Nathan has been doing PDR since 2018, with 14+ years in body shop environments before that. He knows what it’s like to answer leads on the road, build estimates between jobs and keep customers moving before they start looking somewhere else. Speed matters.
So we built the whole process from start to finish. PDR Business Pro helps bring in leads, respond quickly, build estimates, get approvals, plan the day, communicate with customers, complete the job, collect payment and ask for a review. Each part connects to the next.
Customer experience matters as much as technician experience, and often more. A fast response, a clear estimate, useful reminders and an easy way to approve and pay all shape whether a customer trusts the business. That is why those steps are part of the system, not an afterthought.
Today, The Dent Trooper handles roughly 50 estimates and 15 completed jobs in a typical week and is usually booked about three weeks ahead. Those are our operating figures, not promised results, but they give us a real environment for testing every part of the product.
This is the system we use to run our own business. Other PDR businesses can copy that connected process instead of piecing it together themselves.
