We started building PDR Business Pro because the tools available to this industry never felt like they were made for the way PDR shops really work. Too many disconnected apps. Too much manual follow-up. Too much software built for everyone except the people actually fixing dents.
Our own business, The Dent Trooper, gave us the testing ground but the goal is bigger than us: build a cleaner, faster, more useful way for PDR businesses to manage the work from lead to finished job.

Astrid leads the product, design and customer experience side of PDR Business Pro. Her focus is making the app feel clear, fast and easy to use. She designs the flows, screens, messaging, automations and customer-facing details that help turn a messy workflow into a smooth automated process.

Nathan has been running The Dent Trooper since 2018. He knows what it’s like to answer leads on the road, build estimates between jobs and keep customers happy with good communication and excellent service. His day-to-day experience shaped the app around what PDR techs actually need in the field: speed clarity and fewer steps.

PDR Business Pro started inside The Dent Trooper, our own paintless dent repair business. After years of running real jobs with disconnected tools, manual follow-ups, scattered estimates and messy internal communication, we got tired of forcing generic apps to fit a PDR workflow.
Nathan has been doing PDR since 2018, with 14+ years in body shop environments before that. He knows what it’s like to answer leads on the road, build estimates between jobs and keep customers moving before they start looking somewhere else. Speed matters.
So we kept rebuilding the app around the way PDR actually works: quicker estimate building, fewer repetitive tasks, cleaner communication and less time fighting software.
This is the tool we trust enough to run our own business, now built for other PDR people too.
