Terms of Service
Last updated: May 15, 2026
Welcome, and thanks for trying PDR Business Pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and PDR Business Pro ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. Who can use the service
You need to be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including anything your team members or technicians do.
- Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. What you can do with the service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app to run your paintless dent repair (PDR) business — managing leads, customers, estimates, invoices, scheduling, mileage and related operations.
4. What you can't do
- Use the service for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that violates someone else's rights.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content you don't have permission to send.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or try to break the service.
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.
- Upload malware or interfere with other customers' use of the service.
5. Customer data and your responsibilities
You own the customer information, photos and other content you put into the app ("Customer Data"). You are responsible for making sure you have the right to collect and use that data under applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM for any email you send).
We process Customer Data on your behalf so we can provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Pricing, billing and trials
- Pricing is shown at signup and on our website. Early access plans may have promotional rates.
- Free trials end automatically and convert to paid unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew on a recurring basis until cancelled.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- You authorize us (and our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method for recurring fees and any add-ons you enable.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or fail to pay.
8. Service availability
We work hard to keep the service running, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or bug-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
9. Third-party services
The app integrates with third parties like Stripe (payments), Google Maps (addresses and mileage) and others. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
