Document versions
How originals and supplements work together inside one estimate.
What it is
Work Orders are not a separate document type — they're part of the estimate lifecycle. Each estimate has an original plus zero or more supplements, with one always being the current approved version.
How it works
- The Estimates list shows the current version of each job.
- Tap into a document to see its Versions card listing the original + every supplement, with totals.
- Invoices generated from a job use the current approved total, so revisions always flow into billing correctly.
