Notifications & reminders
Daily summaries, customer reminders, task reminders, and the in-app notification feed.
What it is
In-app notifications and scheduled push notifications keep you on top of work.
Built-in schedules
- 7 AM — daily job review summary for the day ahead.
- 9 PM — reminder push for upcoming/overdue tasks.
- 24h before appointment — automatic customer reminder (you control the template).
Task reminders
- Open Reminders.
- Add a reminder with title, due date, and optional link to a lead, customer, or estimate.
- Reminders surface in your notification feed on or after their due date.
In-app notification feed
- Bell icon shows unread count.
- Tapping a notification jumps to the related record.
- Read state is per-user.
Where to find it
Desktop: sidebar → Reminders + bell icon top-right. Mobile: More → Reminders + bell in header.
