Job stages, document statuses, panel codes, factors, dent sizes, and undo windows.

Job stages (shared across leads, estimates, schedule)

New, Contacted, Quoted, Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, Invoiced, Paid, plus side states No Response, Not Interested, Couldn't Repair.

Document statuses

Estimate: Draft, Sent, Viewed, Approved, Declined, Expired, Superseded.
Invoice: Draft, Sent, Partially Paid, Paid, Overdue, Void.

Panel codes

Hood, Roof, Trunk/Tailgate, Left/Right Front Fender, Left/Right Front Door, Left/Right Rear Door, Left/Right Quarter Panel, Left/Right Rocker, Left/Right Cab Corner, Whole Vehicle.

Factor codes

Aluminum, Glue Pull, Edge, Brace, Body Line, High Crown, Heavy Damage, R&I (Remove & Install).

Dent sizing (object-size mapping)

Dime = 1″, Nickel = 1″, Quarter = 1″ (slightly larger), Half-Dollar ≈ 1.5″, Golf Ball = 2″, Baseball = 3″, Softball = 4″. Vague terms like "light/moderate/heavy" do not change size in AI extraction — only explicit sizing does.

Undo windows

A short undo window applies to: conversions, status changes (such as Paid), and deletions.
