Team & roles

Adding people to your business and controlling exactly what each of them sees.

Roles

  • Admin — full run of the business: pricing, billing, settings, everyone's work.
  • Technician — the day-to-day working view: their jobs, their route, and whichever sections you allow.

Inviting someone

  1. Go to Settings → Team / Users. The header shows how many seats you're using.
  2. Tap Invite.
  3. Enter their Full Name, Email, and Role. The invite is locked to that email address — they can't sign up with a different one.
  4. Tap Send Invite.

They appear under Pending Invites with an expiry, and you can Resend or Revoke at any time. Your plan includes 2 seats; when you're at the limit you're offered an extra paid seat before you can invite anyone else, at a monthly rate shown before you confirm.

Controlling what each person sees

Tap the sliders icon next to a team member to open their permissions:

  • Pages — a switch for each section of the app, with All and None shortcuts. This is how you give a technician the schedule and jobs while keeping reports, pricing, and billing out of sight.
  • Customer Chat — whether they can open customer conversations and get message alerts.
  • Notifications — a master switch, then individual categories.
  • Can perform jobs — whether appointments can be assigned to them.

Tap the pencil to change someone's role, or the trash icon to remove them.

What technicians can change themselves

A technician has Profile → My Sections, where they can hide sections they don't use to keep their menu tidy. They can only turn on what an admin has already allowed — anything you've switched off shows as locked on their side.

Good to know

  • Permission changes take effect the next time that person loads the app.
  • Removing someone doesn't delete their work — jobs, notes, and messages stay on the record.
  • Reminders can be assigned to several people at once; everyone assigned gets notified.
