Routes & mileage

Automatic route clustering and mileage tracking for tax and reporting.

What it is

The app auto-routes your scheduled jobs geographically and tracks mileage for tax and reporting.

How it works

  1. Scheduled jobs cluster by zip and are color-coded on the schedule.
  2. Mileage is calculated automatically: HQ → Jobs → HQ using Google Maps distances.
  3. The mileage log is shared across the team — entries show as unconfirmed until you confirm them.
  4. You can also add manual entries.

Trip tracker (iOS)

A separate iOS tracker logs trips and feeds the mileage log automatically.
