• Integrated — sends through OpenPhone (or your tenant's connected SMS provider) and threads inside the app.
• Native SMS — every "Text" button opens your phone's native SMS app pre-filled.

• Tabs: All / Today / Upcoming.
• Threads show unread badges per conversation.
• Inbound calls longer than 10 seconds create a lead automatically; recordings and AI summaries attach to the thread.
• The AI summary appears at the top of the customer/lead in the same place and style as in the chat.

• @mention teammates inside notes and messages. On mobile the mention picker opens as a bottom drawer.
• Attach photos and videos; a WhatsApp-style lightbox handles viewing with keyboard navigation and inline video.

• Hide threads from the inbox without deleting them. On mobile, swipe left to archive.
• Unread inbound messages re-surface archived threads.

• Automated SMS replies are off — outreach is always manual.
• All outbound messages are logged for audit.
