Settings
Per-user profile and per-shop business, branding, messaging, team, and localization.
Profile (per-user)
Account info, password, MFA, billing portal (Stripe-hosted — cancellations happen there too).
Settings (per-shop, admin only)
- Business info — name, contact, address.
- Service model — Mobile only / Shop only / Both. This drives where appointments default and whether location pickers appear.
- Branding — logo and colors used on documents and the splash screen.
- Notification templates — confirmation SMS, 24h reminder SMS, customer-facing copy. Test sends use your tenant's own API credentials.
- Messaging mode — Integrated (OpenPhone) or Native SMS handoff.
- Team — invite, view, and remove team members; assign Admin or Technician roles.
- Localization — country, timezone, currency, units, date/time format, tax setup, address format.
Where to find it
Desktop: sidebar → Settings (admin) and avatar menu → Profile. Mobile: More → Settings / Profile.
