Invoices
Bill completed jobs, record payments, and send branded invoice PDFs.
What it is
Invoices bill the customer for a completed job. They sync to Stripe when Stripe is enabled.
How to use it
- From a completed appointment or approved estimate, tap Create Invoice.
- Verify line items (pulled from the current approved estimate total) and tap Send.
- The invoice gets a 3-day due date by default.
- Mark payments as they come in: Cash, Check, Card (Stripe), Zelle, Other. Partial payments are supported; full payment marks the invoice Paid.
- Need to revert? You have a short undo window to unmark "Paid" via the toast.
PDFs and sharing
- Each invoice has a unique share link.
- A PDF snapshot is stored at the moment of sending, so a later edit doesn't change what the customer originally received.
Combined / multi-job invoices
You can combine multiple completed jobs into one invoice for the same customer.
Where to find it
Desktop: sidebar → Invoices. Mobile: under the More menu.
