What it is
Private comments on leads and estimates. Customers never see these.
How to use it
- Open a lead or estimate.
- Scroll to the Notes section.
- Add a text note, an audio note, or @mention a teammate.
- AI-generated call summaries are written here automatically (same look as in chat).
- Long transcripts are collapsed behind a Show transcript toggle so the feed stays readable.
