Profile & billing

• Account — your name, email, and phone.
• My Sections — technicians only: hide menu sections you don't use.
• Security — change your password and manage two-factor sign-in.
• Billing & Subscription — your plan and payment details.

• Current plan and when it renews.
• Change plan — View plans opens the plan picker to move up or down.
• Payment method — update your card.
• Recent invoices — view or download each one.
• Manage subscription — opens the secure billing portal, which is also where cancellation happens.

• If your subscription has been canceled you'll see a banner with Resubscribe / View plans and be sent to pick a plan rather than hitting an error.
• Accounts on complimentary access see a notice instead of a charge — they're never billed.
• Your plan includes 2 seats; extra seats are added from the Team page at a monthly rate shown before you confirm.
