Getting started

PDR Business Pro is a PWA app (progressive web app) for paintless dent repair businesses. It runs in any modern browser and operating system, installs to your phone's or tablet's home screen and offers the same experience on desktop.

1. Open the app URL your shop uses (your custom domain or <shop>.pdrbusiness.pro).
2. Sign in with email + password.
3. First-time users must accept an invitation from an admin before they can sign in. If you see "Invitation required," ask your admin to invite your email under Settings → Team.

• Admin — full access: customers, leads, estimates, invoices, scheduling, settings, team, billing.
• Technician — day-to-day operations: leads, customers, estimates, schedule, mileage, messaging. Cannot change billing or team settings.

• Desktop: left sidebar with all sections.
• Mobile: bottom tab bar with the most-used sections; remaining pages are under a menu.
• Lists remember your scroll position when you go into a record and come back.

On iOS Safari: Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android Chrome: menu → Install app. Once installed, you get a branded splash screen and an offline indicator when your connection drops.
