Reports & analytics

Where your revenue, jobs, leads, and miles turn into numbers you can act on.

Picking a period

Every report page starts with a date range: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This month, or Custom with your own start and end dates. The exact range you're looking at is printed under the header, so there's no guessing.

Reports

Open Reports from the menu. Four tabs:

  • Overview — the quick pulse: Total Leads, Total Revenue, Completed Jobs, Tax Set-Aside, with trend lines over the period.
  • Revenue — Total Revenue, reported (non-cash) and cash side by side, Outstanding (invoiced but unpaid), Collected (all), and Tax Set-Aside at 20% of reported revenue, plus revenue and collections over time.
  • Jobs — Scheduled, Completed, Canceled, and your Approval Rate, each charted.
  • Mileage — Total Miles, Days Tracked, and Avg Miles/Day, with a miles-over-time chart.

Marketing reports

A separate page focused on where work comes from and why it's lost. Four tabs:

  • Lead Funnel — total leads, estimates sent, scheduled, canceled, rejected, and no-reply, with your conversion rate.
  • Sources — the same funnel split by where the lead came from: website form, phone, text, social media, referral, other. This is how you tell which channel produces booked jobs, not just enquiries.
  • Paid Ads — performance of paid campaigns.
  • Rejections — why leads didn't turn into work, grouped by reason: wrong number, silent call, needs body shop repair, outside service area, not a good fit, never responded, and unlabelled.

Good to know

  • Reports are read-only — nothing you tap here changes a record.
  • An empty page means there's no data in that window yet; widen the date range.
  • Access to Reports is controlled by role, so a technician may not see these pages.
  • Charts group by day, week, or month automatically depending on the period you chose.
